Milford Restaurant Faces Penalties for Over-Serving Alcohol

Pasat Loft in Milford is facing a fine and short suspension from the NH Liquor Commission Bureau of Enforcement for over-serving a customer.

A hearing scheduled for Wednesday, July 24 will address the violation, which occurred on January, 19 this year. A person who was visibly intoxicated was sold an alcoholic beverage. 

The recommended penalty is a $500 administrative fine, 4 points assessed to the liquor license and the license to sell alcohol suspended in the cocktail lounge only for three days. One day will be held in abeyance for twelve months pending no like violation commencing July 27, 2013 with re-grant on July 29, 2013.
