Eaton & Berube Insurance Donates Holiday Funds to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua & Greater Salem

In lieu of sending holiday greeting cards to clients this year, Marc Berube, president of Eaton & Berube Insurance Agency, Inc. of Nashua and Milford, announced today that the agency will donate those funds to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua & Greater Salem (BBBS).

Since 1982, BBBS has been operating on its mission to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.  The organization accomplishes this by matching children with caring, committed volunteers from the community, in a professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationship.

“Big Brothers Big Sisters’ programs have a significant impact on the lives of children in our community,” Berube said. “We are glad to lend our support to a wonderful organization in need this holiday season, and we encourage other local businesses and individuals to do the same.”

“We are so grateful for the support and it couldn’t have been given at a more appropriate time as we continue to celebrate our 30 years of service and advocacy for children in our community.  We have so much more to do with 120 children (mostly boys) currently on our waitlist ready to be matched with a positive role model and mentor.” said Joy Barrett, the chief executive officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua & Greater Salem.
