Milford Woman Indicted on Aggravated DUI Charge
The Hillsborough Superior Court submitted the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
Cindy April, 28, of Elm Street in Milford, was indicted earlier this month in Hillsborough Superior Court, on charges of aggravated driving under the influence.
Grand jurors alleged that April drove a motor vehicle on Route 31 in Wilton on Dec. 30, 2013, while under the influence of liquor and caused a collision resulting in serious bodily injury to herself (a broken leg and broken wrist). According to the indictment, she allegedly had an alcohol concentration of 0.16 or more.
The charge is a Class B special felony with a sentence of three and a half to seven years in prison and a $4,000 fine.
