A wonderful Idea. Bring the Farmers to the Restaurants for a night out with the family
Today's Guest on Gate City Chronicles,
Keith Sarasin Founder of "The Farmers Dinner" his Mission .. to Promote local area Farms, Educate Consumers on the healthy benefits of eating locally, and inspiring people to get in the kitchen.
Keith also a chef came to the conclusion one day that the foods shipped across the country are no better than the local produce shipped here in our own counties and nearby farms. Some one has said that if we pushed back once a month from the large food markets and bought at a local farm, we just might help them pay the rent for the month.
Bringing farmers and local restaurants along with neighbors together for an evening dinner seems very charming, a win win for NH local business.
