Holiday Fairs, Dinners, and Fun Times in NH
There's a ton of other things to do around the Granite State this weekend.

Saturday
- Holiday Craft Fair. The Amherst Lions Club offers its annual craft fair at 9 a.m. at the Amherst Middle School.
- Holly Town Fair. The Arlington Street United Methodist Church in Nashua kicks off its fair at 9 a.m. with all kinds of items for sale. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Breakfast with Santa. The Amherst Area Newcomers Club invites residents to stop by the Amherst Congregational Church at 9 a.m. for breakfast. Tickets are $7.
- Penny Raffle Fun. The First Baptist Church of Nashua holds its holiday fair at 9 a.m. with sale items, baked good, and a penny raffle. The event runs all day and includes a dinner starting at 4:30 p.m.
- Milford Fair. The Church of Our Saviour in Milford hosts its annual holiday fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Holiday Shopping in Windham. The town’s development department is teaming up with the business community, and nonprofits to offer a shopping extravaganza from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the high school.
- Holly Berry Fair. The First Congregational Church in Milford offers homemade goods, gifts, candles, and other holiday items for sale at its annual fair running from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Dog Photos with Santa. Santa will be visiting Super Dogs Daycare in Merrimack at 9:30 a.m. for your holiday portrait with your pooch.
- PTO Holly Days. The Broad Street Elementary School PTO opens its fair at 9:30 a.m. with, crafts and games, a DJ, and lunch served by fifth-graders.
- Holiday House Tour. In Nashua, it runs from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Check out the decorated homes of the city.
- X-Mas Pub Crawl. It starts at noon and runs all day in Nashua hitting 12 spots across the city. Start at the Arena Sports Bar and Nightclub. Bring an unwrapped gift for Toys for Tots.
- Christmas Pageant. The BYPC of Bedford presents its pageant at the Derryfield School in Manchester.
- Granite Statesmen. The 24th annual Saint Joseph’s Church Christmas Cabaret features the Granite Statesmen at 1 p.m.
- Sensitive Santa at the Y. The YMCA of Greater Nashua is partnering with The PLUS Company for those with sensitivity issues at 2 p.m. at the Merrimack YMCA.
- Spaghetti Supper, Auction. Stop by the Merrimack Inn and Suites at 4 p.m. to assist the DeLuca family offset medical bills and expenses.
- Charity Auction, Dinner. The Messiah Lutheran Church in Amherst holds its 11th annual dinner and auction at 6 p.m. Tickets are $10; $5 per person for wine tasting.
- The Song Am I. The Concord Chorale celebrates 45 years of holiday concerts this weekend by performing this “The Song Am I” on Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. at the South Congregational Church. Tickets are $15-$20.

- Caring Santa. The Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua hosts a time with Santa for special needs children starting at 7:30 a.m. Another event will be held in Salem at the Rockingham Mall from 8 to 9 a.m. RSVP at caringsanta.com.
- Meet Miss NH. Samantha Russo, Miss NH for 2013, stops by the Amherst Fire Department Holiday Breakfast at 9:30 a.m.
- Santa in the Park. The bearded one is having a busy weekend but bring the kids by Greeley Park in Nashua at noon and he’ll be at the gazebo for pictures and fun.
- Holiday Open House. The Bedford Historical Society hosts its annual event at 1 p.m. The Bedford Lions will also be wrapping gifts during the open house for a $2 donation per box.
- Tree Lighting in Londonderry. The town’s annual festivities start at 2:15 p.m. and include singing, refreshments, Santa, and the tree lighting.
- A Swedish Christmas. Bethany Covenant Church in Bedford holds A Lucia Christmas pageant at 4 and 6:30 p.m. with traditional treats. It’s the church’s 125th anniversary holiday celebration.
